Blog/Case Study: PCYC Facility in Port Macquarie

We're thrilled to announce the completion of the stunning new PCYC (Police Citizens Youth Club) facility right in the heart of Port Macquarie! This state-of-the-art building, completed in December 2023, is set to be a game-changer for our community, providing an incredible space for sporting events and activities for all ages.

Over the 13-month project duration, BJ Crowley Plumbing, alongside AW Edwards, worked diligently to ensure every detail of this facility met the highest standards. Our team took charge of the metal roofing, metal wall cladding, downpipes, gutters, plumbing, civil stormwater systems, hot and cold water pipework, and sanitary drainage. We also handled the fixout PC items, ensuring every part of the plumbing infrastructure was expertly installed and ready to serve the community.

The PCYC facility is more than just a building; it's a beacon of opportunity for Port Macquarie. It will host a variety of sporting events, providing a much-needed space for local athletes to train and compete. Additionally, the facility will be a hub for surrounding schools, such as Hastings Secondary College Port Macquarie Campus, offering students a top-notch venue for physical education and extracurricular activities.
