McDonald’s on Lake Road

Blog/Case Study: McDonald on Lake Road

Lake Road just got a little busier with the opening of a brand new McDonald’s, and we’re proud to have played a key role in bringing this iconic golden arches location to life. As experts in commercial plumbing and roofing, our team worked diligently to ensure every part of the building’s infrastructure met the highest standards.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what went into our work on this exciting project.

Project Details: Scope of Work

Tackling the Plumbing Challenges

A busy McDonald’s demands a robust plumbing system that can handle high traffic, day in and day out. From the prep stations in the kitchen to the public restrooms, everything needs to work seamlessly.

Our work included:

Grease Trap Installation: Fast food kitchens produce a significant amount of grease, and proper management is key to preventing plumbing issues. We installed an industrial-grade grease trap to keep the system running smoothly and in compliance with local regulations.

Water Supply and Filtration: Ensuring a consistent and clean water supply is critical for food preparation and drink stations. We installed high-capacity water lines and filtration systems tailored to McDonald’s requirements.

Drainage Systems: The building’s drainage system was carefully planned to handle peak usage, ensuring no backups or delays during the busiest times.

Roofing: Built to Withstand It All

The roof of any commercial building is its first line of defense against the elements, and this McDonald’s was no exception. Lake Road can see its fair share of harsh weather, so we crafted a solution designed for durability and efficiency.

Our roofing work included:

• Durable Materials: We selected high-performance roofing materials to ensure the building remains leak-free and energy-efficient for years to come.

• Ventilation Integration: The roof needed to accommodate a variety of vents for HVAC systems, kitchen exhaust fans, and more. Our team ensured everything was installed securely and properly sealed.

Our Commitment to Quality

This project is a testament to our expertise in commercial plumbing and roofing. We collaborated closely with the construction team to meet McDonald’s high standards, staying on schedule and within budget.

The new McDonald’s on Lake Road is now serving up Big Macs and fries to the community, and we’re proud to know our work behind the walls and above the ceiling is contributing to its success.
